Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial painter in San Juan County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches Ideal candidate: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
