Urgent requirement: precision welder (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a precision welder in Carroll County, Georgia. You will run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; carry out 6G pipe welds where required. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
