Tandoor cook wanted in Grundy County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Grundy County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Part-time with flexible hours.
