We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Halifax County, North Carolina. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request.
