Concrete finisher — Houston County

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Houston County, Alabama. Day-to-day duties: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout You should have: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
