Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Part-time with flexible hours. ₦185,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
