Roofing foreman wanted in Cumbria

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Cumbria, England. The job is on commercial flat-roof projects. Day-to-day duties: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses Requirements: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
