Pastry baker wanted in Argyll and Bute

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
