Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Los Angeles County, California. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
