Reinforcement steel fixer • Middlesex County, New Jersey

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Day-to-day duties: • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Six days a week, one day off.
