Immediate opening: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Allegany County, Maryland. On a typical shift you will load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. Ideal candidate: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
