Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar installer in Kershaw County, South Carolina. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. Your main tasks: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Full-time, day shift. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
