Refrigeration technician — City of Fairfax

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in City of Fairfax, Virginia. You will work in an AC and refrigeration showroom. Your main tasks: • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
