Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Nsit Ibom, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a cake shop. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
