Quality assurance assistant • King County, Washington

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in King County, Washington. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Day-to-day duties: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
