Tig welder — Birnin Gwari

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tig welder in Birnin Gwari, Kaduna State. You will work in a food and dairy equipment factory. On the job you will handle: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required You should have: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Full-time, day shift.
