Line cook wanted in Franklin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Rotating shifts.
