Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time with occasional weekends.
