Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
