Hydraulic crane operator • Crenshaw County, Alabama

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Crenshaw County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. Requirements: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • A good head for heights for tower crane work Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
