Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
