You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience.
