Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Oglala Lakota County, South Dakota. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
