UPVC window fitter — Panola County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Panola County, Mississippi. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. The role involves crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. Requirements: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
