Immediate opening: we are hiring a window glazier in District of Rutland, England. You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings The role involves: • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
