Aluminium and glass installer wanted in Wilson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium and glass installer in Wilson County, Texas. The job is at a busy glazing workshop. The role involves: • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames Requirements: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
