Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Franklin County, Vermont. The job is at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules The role involves: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line Rotating shifts.
