Scullery hand • Rush County, Indiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Rush County, Indiana. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Full-time with occasional weekends.
