Tile setter • Cherokee County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tile setter in Cherokee County, Georgia. You will work at a busy tiling site. Requirements: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Your main tasks: • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims We offer $24 per hour plus benefits.
