Pipe TIG welder wanted in Piute County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Piute County, Utah. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. On the job you will handle: • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $170 per day plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
