Rebar worker • Tudun Wada, Kano State

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar worker in Tudun Wada, Kano State. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Day to day you will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) 5+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
