Maintenance electrician • Barrow County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance electrician in Barrow County, Georgia. The job is at a busy electrical contractor. On a typical shift you will check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; test insulation resistance with a megger; run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable; install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB; size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop. You should have: • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
