Cnc turning machinist — Marion County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Marion County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
