Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Fayette County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
