Meat trimmer wanted in Craighead County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Craighead County, Arkansas. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time with occasional weekends.
