Industrial sewing operator — Adair County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Adair County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
