Steel erection rigger • Lee County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Lee County, Texas. Requirements: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Your main tasks: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
