Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
