Now hiring: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Itas/Gadau, Bauchi State. Day-to-day duties: • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through Ideal candidate: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage 4+ years on the tools preferred.
