Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
