Smash repairer wanted in Chippewa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a smash repairer in Chippewa County, Minnesota. You will work at a paint and panel shop. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling The role involves treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line.
