Back-of-house cleaner — Sumter County

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Sumter County, South Carolina. You will be based in a catering unit. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
