Join our team: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Sawyer County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a gas distribution network. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion On a typical shift you will purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
