Brickwork mason wanted in Reno County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Reno County, Kansas. You will work on a new-build development. Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks On the job you will handle: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation Rotating shifts.
