You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Day-to-day duties: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
