Powder spray gun operator wanted in Pittsylvania County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
