Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Perry County, Tennessee. The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
