Urgent requirement: powder coating sprayer (Katsina State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Sabuwa, Katsina State. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Six days a week, one day off.
