Double glazing installer — Franklin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a double glazing installer in Franklin County, Idaho. Day-to-day duties: • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames Requirements: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
