Immediate opening: paint and prep technician (Kentucky)

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Trimble County, Kentucky. You will work in an automotive paint and panel workshop. The role involves sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Good eye for colour matching and blending Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
